  • The TTH300 HART, PROFIBUS PA or FOUNDATION Fieldbus temperature transmitter in proven two-wire technology features a multitude of new functions and enhanced diagnostic information. The head-mount temperature transmitter can be configured via FDT / DTM in DAT200 (Asset Vision Basic) or any standard FTD tool via EDD or local HMI (optional).   • The TTH200 HART temperature transmitter is the standard device of the new TTx200 / TTx300 product family in proven two-wire technology. The TTH200 is provided for all HART standard applications in temperature measurement with one sensor. The transmitter supports the same functionality as the TTH300, but without sensor redundancy and sensor drift monitoring and can be configured via FDT / DTM in DAT200 (Asset Vision Basic) or any standard FTD tool via EDD.   • The TTF300 HART temperature transmitter in proven 2-wire technology features a multitude of new functions and enhanced diagnostic information. The driver-independent configuration possibilities of the TTF300 are new and unique through the LCD display controlled by temperature transmitter and the DAT200 (Asset Vision Basic) device management tool or the FDT / DTM technology.

    In addition the TTF300 is also available with Foundation Fieldbus and Profibus protocol with the same functionality.

  • Resistance thermometers with welded protection tube and measuring inset Description: The resistance thermometers with welded protection tube are used primarily for measuring temperatures in the operating range up to 600°C, 40 bar, 20 m/s in vessels and piplines. They are assembled from a welded protection tube featuring a connection head, into which an exchangeable measuring inset is fitted, and are used chiefly in liquid and gaseous media where moderate mechanical stress and low chemical aggressivity levels prevail. This design considerably facilitates the operational checks, since the measuring module – can be removed while the system is running without dismantling the entire sensor, – can be calibrated in the standard test facilities, – can be stocked as a universal standard module in order to assure availability of the system during replacement. In most cases, replacement by a new measuring inset is more reliable and less expensive than recalibration. Connection heads:

  • Pneumatic and electro-pneumatic positioners AV1 & AV2 Type AV1 & AV2 Characterizable Positioners are control devices that satisfy a wide range of applications. They provide fast, sensitive, and accurate positioning of pneumatic single or double-acting, linear or rotary motion actuators. Overview: A mechanical connection from the actuator to a position feedback cam in the positioner establishes actual position.   • The ABB 264DS Differential Pressure Transmitter measures a wide range of differential pressures. Ranges are available from .54 in H2O to 2320 psi. The diaphragm material along with process flanges are available in several different materials such as 316 stainless steel, Hastelloy C276, Tantalum and Monel 400. Several choices of fill fluids and process connections are offered and there are all the 2600T options to choose from such as HART / 4-20 mA, PROFIBUS PA, and FOUNDATION Fieldbus communications. There are also optional output meters and a new integral digital LCD display which allows configuration ability at the transmitter.
