  • The SITRANS F M MAG 6000 I and the SITRANS F M MAG 6000 I Ex de transmitters have an measuring accuracy of + 0.2% of the flow rate and are designed to meet the demands of the process industry. Both versions are based on a microprocessor with a built-in alphanumeric display.

  • SITRANS LVS200 is a vibrating point level switch for high or low levels of bulk solids. The standard LVS200 detects high, low or demand levels of dry bulk solids in bins, silos or hoppers. The liquid/solid interface version can also detect settled solids within liquids or solids within confined spaces such as feed pipes. It is designed to ignore liquids in order to detect the interface between a solid and a liquid. A pipe extension version is available with either the standard or liquid/solid interface electronics and fork, separated by a customer supplied 1" pipe. SITRANS LVS200 has an optional 4 to 20 mA output for monitoring buildup on the fork to determine when preventative maintenance should be performed in sticky applications. The LVS200 has a compact design and can be top, side or angle mounted. The vibrating fork design ensures the tines are kept clean. The unique design of the fork and crystal assembly eliminates false high level readings even if tines become damaged. A signal from the electronic circuit excites a crystal in the probe causing the fork to vibrate. If the fork is covered by material, the change in vibration is detected by the electronic circuitry which causes the relay to change state after a one second delay. When the fork is free from material pressure, full vibration resumes and the relay reverts to its normal condition.
  • SITRANS TF is used where other transmitters can't cope. One main point is its rating of IP67. SITRANS TF is made of rugged die cast aluminum or long-lasting stainless steel. It transforms resistance thermometers, thermocouples, Ohm and mV signals into a load independent DC current corresponding to sensor characteristic or a digital signal according Fieldbus standard Profibus PA or Foundation Fieldbus. The remote mounted sensor prevents the transmitter heating up at high temperature; there are no vibrations and oscillations due to long neck tubes and protective pipes with SITRANS TF. For tags with difficult access to you can mount your SITRANS TF remotely at easily accessible places and display the measured value on the freely programmable digital display (with version 4 to 20 mA). You can even use the SITRANS TF in a version without a transmitter as a comfortable field display unit for all 4 to 20 mA signals. All SITRANS TF are available in intrinsically safe or explosion proof version.
  • SITRANS P pressure transmitters, DS III series, are digital pressure transmitters featuring extensive user-friendliness and high accuracy. Parameterization is performed using input keys or by means of HART communication. Extensive functionality enables the pressure transmitter to be precisely adapted to the plant’s requirements. Transmitters with type of protection "Intrinsic safety" and "Explosion-proof" may be installed within potentially explosive atmospheres (zone 1) or in zone 0. The transmitters are provided with an EC type examination certificate and comply with the corresponding harmonized European standards (ATEX). The transmitters can be equipped with various designs of remote seals for special applications such as the measurement of highly viscous substances.
  • The Model Series 74 Valve Positioners are universal positioners that provide versatility, dynamic performance, and high positioning accuracy. They use the piston ordiaphragm in a pneumatic actuator to position a valve to what is required by a control instrument and hold that position, regardless of the presence of forces that change valve position. As such, supply pressure variations have little or no effect on the positioner output, which eliminates the need for a supply pressure regulator.
These valve positioners are two-stage, pilot-operated instruments. The pilot circuit activates dual-output boost-ers, which perform opposite actions (when one booster is supplying air, the other is exhausting air.) This “push-pull” action applies to a full differential (supply pressure to atmosphere) across the actuator to drive the valve to the position required by the control instrument signal.
Model 74 Valve Positioners can also be used for single-acting service on a spring-loaded actuator. In this case, one of the pilot-booster connections is plugged. See below for rotary-type actuators.

  • Pneumatic and electro-pneumatic positioners AV1 & AV2 Type AV1 & AV2 Characterizable Positioners are control devices that satisfy a wide range of applications. They provide fast, sensitive, and accurate positioning of pneumatic single or double-acting, linear or rotary motion actuators. Overview: A mechanical connection from the actuator to a position feedback cam in the positioner establishes actual position. Three characterized segments on one cam provide application flexibility by establishing various relationships between input signal and actuator position. The relationships provided by the segments are square root, linear, and square. The Type AV1 positioner receives an external pneumatic signal and converts it to a pneumatic output. This output produces the motive force that positions the power actuator. The type AV2 positioner receives an external 4-20mA signal and converts it to a pneumatic output. This output produces the motive force that positions the power actuator Data:
    • Compact rugged design
    • High vibration and shock environments
    • Fast, accurate calibration
    • Single or double-acting without additional hardware
    • Vent design allows natural gas operation
    • Available with explosion-proof I/P converter
  • Resistance thermometers with welded protection tube and measuring inset Description: The resistance thermometers with welded protection tube are used primarily for measuring temperatures in the operating range up to 600°C, 40 bar, 20 m/s in vessels and piplines. They are assembled from a welded protection tube featuring a connection head, into which an exchangeable measuring inset is fitted, and are used chiefly in liquid and gaseous media where moderate mechanical stress and low chemical aggressivity levels prevail. This design considerably facilitates the operational checks, since the measuring module – can be removed while the system is running without dismantling the entire sensor, – can be calibrated in the standard test facilities, – can be stocked as a universal standard module in order to assure availability of the system during replacement. In most cases, replacement by a new measuring inset is more reliable and less expensive than recalibration. Connection heads:
